Spring Time Catchup

Hi There!
Clearly I haven't been keeping this blog up to date in the past year so this post is all about catching up!

My friends and I tried to kickstart a parody series revolving around the Marvel Cinematic Universe (primarily The Avengers), however we ran out of time and everyone had drastically different schedules over the summer so we couldn't complete the series. However, I have been slowly chipping away at some behind the scenes (and possibly one completed parody).

Since September of 2014, I have been a student of Architecture at CalPoly San Luis Obispo. Lots of sleep-deprived nights and tea (coffee, too, whenever I really needed the extra boost from caffeine). This post has brief overview of the past 2 quarters (plus Design Village from Spring quarter). I will be making another page for a complete compilation of my projects.

Majority of this overview is course related/assigned work. I haven't been able to make time to do some video editing, but this quarter UHTV kicks off! We are making quick/short videos about various topics (mostly Cal Poly related). It's a really small group, but I am really looking forward to making more videos!

That's all for now. Scroll down to see what I have been up to for this past school year!
Happy Spring!

March Madness!

Hello, my fellow readers!
I am not a basketball fan or athlete, however, this month has been pure madness without the sport. I have been composing music for my short film, Revolution, filming scenes all over NH for the film, and have been pounded by hours of other schoolwork. This coming Friday, I will be an assistant producer for the Coffee House Concert at my school, which my class has teamed up with NESCOM (New England School of Communications) to produce the concert. Even with all this running around, I have produced some artwork for my readers to enjoy. I haven't really gone to the Saturday painting group due to my schedule, but I have managed to fit one in this month. :) Also, I have 2 projects, which I have completed in my Advanced Drawing class, but I unfortunately don't have any pictures at the time. I have 2 more sketches to show (they were quick homework assignments, so they're not that great).

My mural is coming out slowly, but that's due to the time constraints as well. I have been doing a bit of work on it, so the update's posted on here, too.

Photography editing has been pushed aside since my editing software has issues that have yet to be resolved.

Other than that, that's it for this month. I will post more often, if I can, but I will be busy with school work and tennis, which starts this Monday.

Thank you reading and enjoy!

Quick Sketch of my "coffee table" (My family doesn't have one, so I sketched the table with my art supplies on it.)

Mural Update: Fixed a bit more of the perspective so that it looks more realistic. Started on the moon landscape. I have to start to draw the Milky Way galaxy and the Earth in the sky.

Really late February update

Hi everyone!
Even though there's only a handful of you across the globe who read this blog at all, I would like to apologize for my inconsistency. I have been REALLY busy; running back and forth with film festival, studying and doing schoolwork until midnight or 1 am, and being sick. My group's film festival production has been the time consumer recently. We're almost done shooting all of the scenes and editing them together. Last week, I completed our soundtrack, recorded two songs on my piano and will be recording one more next week (crossing my fingers and hoping!). Anyways, I have finished two classwork assignments for my Advanced Drawing class (which I'm loving so far!), but my teacher hasn't handed them back yet, so no pics just of yet. I have done some sketches, so check them out below. The mural is on hold, since I am really busy at the moment. Photography editing is also on hold for the same exact reason.

Phew! That's that for the update. Enjoy the few sketches I have thus far. Hopefully I will have a few drawings/projects done for the few of you to enjoy :)

Mural-ing, Drawings and Paintings

Here's a little bit more work on the Mural.

Also here's another charcoal drawing

I have managed to edit some more photographs as well (yay :) ) This span from early Autumn to the first snowfall.
